Trash Pickup & CCR Information

Please take note: trash pickup times are routinely early in the morning, usually by 7am. We do allow trash cans to be placed at the curb no earlier than 6pm on the day before and must be returned to an out-of-view location the same day. If that location is on the side of the house, they must be screened from view. See CCR verbiage below.

Trash Collection Schedule

Regular trash pickup occurs every Wednesday.

Recycling picks up every other Friday. We are A week in Purple

Article VI, Section 21 of the CCRs states: "All trash cans, dumpsters, garbage receptacles, and other sanitary containers shall be properly installed or located to the side of the house or inside the garage such that will completely screen said containers from view from any roadway within the subdivision. If said containers are required to be placed on the road for trash collection, the containers shall be placed on the road only on the morning of collection and shall be removed from the road the same day that garbage is collected."
